Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: This position demands a proactive engineer proficient in both backend automation pipeline architecture and the development of sophisticated, data-driven interfaces. You will engage with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver robust and user-friendly automation solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RPA agent pipelines integrated with our main SaaS platform.
• Create responsive, data-oriented frontend interfaces to present automation insights to users.
• Develop semantic context layers to empower RPA agents with informed decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to embed language models and decision engines within automation workflows.
• Contribute to the data platform layer, including data ingestion, transformation, and API/UI exposure.
• Engage in design and code reviews, as well as technical roadmap discussions.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and establish engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive full stack development experience (Node.js or Python for backend; React or Vue for frontend).
• Experience with RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns.
• Understanding of semantic layers or knowledge graph systems.
• Proficient in RESTful and event-driven API design.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and remote collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of vector databases, agentic AI frameworks, and data pipeline tools.
