Role Overview
We seek a Senior MSP Technical Support Specialist capable of independently managing and resolving support tickets across a diverse IT stack. This position operates above L1/L2 support, acting as the key escalation point for others. Responsibilities include managing intricate Microsoft 365/Azure environments and ensuring endpoint security, networking, and backup/disaster recovery across multiple client environments while adhering to SLAs in a ticket-driven MSP setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Independently handle the ticket queue: triage, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra environments, including Conditional Access and Intune.
- Manage endpoint security solutions like SentinelOne and Windows Defender.
- Oversee email security with Avanan/Harmony and transition support to Kaseya Inky.
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery with Datto solutions.
- Configure and maintain networking systems across Cisco Meraki and Unifi.
- Document processes and systems thoroughly in Hudu.
- Support security awareness initiatives and manage software licensing through Pax8.
- Mentor junior staff and maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Candidates must have prior MSP experience, strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, familiarity with RMM/PSA tools, and networking skills. Clear communication in English is essential.
