Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help create dependable, scalable systems that support our lending and credit solutions. Your work will involve backend services, distributed systems, and data-intensive applications, emphasizing performance and reliability.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Create robust APIs for lending and credit products.
- Optimize relational databases and data models.
- Identify and fix performance issues.
- Engage in architectural and technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Risk teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor engineers and uphold engineering best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience, with a solid background in backend development, particularly in lending, credit, or fintech. Proficiency in designing distributed systems, relational database management, RESTful APIs, and modern cloud practices is essential. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required.
