Position: Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing the AntragPlus platform, engaging in backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline work. Being one of the first engineers, you will have significant influence over technical decisions and product architecture, handling problems from initial discussions with grant teams to production deployment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and deploy end-to-end product features, focusing on user interface and usability.
• Collaborate closely with grant teams to identify real user issues rather than just implementing tickets.
• Enhance AI capabilities through prompt engineering and multi-provider setups.
• Maintain and improve production reliability and performance using monitoring tools.
• Shape technical architecture and engineering standards for the team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Proficient in technologies including Next.js, Express, AWS, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with AI pipelines and strong debugging skills.
• High autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.
• Usability-focused with a proactive approach in ambiguous environments.
