Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to represent our users' perspectives. In this key role, you will gather valuable insights into the needs and behaviors of our users, particularly in Nigeria, to guide our product strategy. Your research will help us create accessible and impactful financial solutions for every African.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize various research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys focused on the Nigerian market.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights and frameworks like personas and journey maps.
• Monitor fintech and consumer trends in Nigeria through ongoing analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into research inquiries.
• Organize and enhance our research operations and participant management.
• Clearly present findings to stakeholders to influence product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in UX or product research, preferably for digital B2C products.
• Expertise in researching African markets, especially Nigeria.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Experience with research tools such as UserTesting or Maze.
