Position: Senior Applied AI Engineer - Autonomous Supply Chains
As a Staff Applied AI Engineer, you will lead the development of AI agents that manage complex logistics tasks. You will identify key operational challenges, design solutions, and implement them across our global network. This role requires independence, as you will not be given specifications—your creativity will drive the direction of our platform, Forge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define the technical approach for Forge, managing how agents operate and interact.
- Develop AI agents for logistics functions including customs compliance and invoice management.
- Create evaluation frameworks and ensure trustworthy operations for 24/7 service.
- Collaborate with operators and experts to resolve complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to design reviews.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software engineering with significant experience in LLMs.
- Proficient in TypeScript and Next.js.
- Strong product sense and communication skills.
