Position Overview
Matrix42 is a leading provider of enterprise IT service management software across Europe, and we are seeking a Technical Writer. This role focuses on transforming complex product features into clear, useful documentation. Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams, you will create content that supports administrators, IT operators, and end users.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain various technical documents, including user guides, admin references, and API documentation.
- Manage documentation architecture to ensure content is easily accessible and consistently organized.
- Work with product managers to document new features accurately prior to their release.
- Utilize AI tools effectively throughout the content lifecycle while upholding high editorial standards.
- Ensure consistency in voice and terminology across content for both English and German-speaking audiences.
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance content quality continuously.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.
- Experience in technical writing within the software or IT industries, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a good understanding of when human review is necessary.
- Strong project management skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in content management systems and various authoring tools.
