The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced engineer to enhance the architecture of our live exchange, focusing on the efficiency and accuracy of transaction processing. You will be responsible for the systems that manage order processing and trade matching, ensuring they operate smoothly in a production environment.

Overview

We need someone with a deep understanding of trading systems, capable of building them reliably at scale. You will have significant influence over technical choices and collaborate closely with the team to translate product needs into robust, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Busha Pro exchange backend systems.
• Enhance components like the matching engine and order processing workflows.
• Implement safeguards for accurate order processing and transaction integrity.
• Develop APIs and real-time services while improving system performance.
• Conduct load testing and benchmarking for reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in Go or strong experience in Rust, C++, or Java.
• Experience in trading systems and real-time transaction processing.
• Strong understanding of order books, matching logic, and concurrency.
• Familiarity with low-latency systems and performance optimization.
