Opportunity Overview
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents to assist DACH customers during high-demand periods. This role offers flexible hours tailored around busy times, such as monthly campaigns and seasonal peaks like Black Week and the holiday season. Agents will have a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities to work more during peak times. This fixed-term contract extends through Q4 2026, with potential for 2027 based on demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via live chat in German.
- Adjust availability during peak campaign times.
- Provide empathetic and efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all communications.
- Identify recurring customer issues and report them.

Requirements
- Native or near-native German proficiency.
