Our company, fully remote since 2018 and backed by Greylock and Y Combinator, is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding process for our most significant and complex clients. This role focuses on enhancing their experience with list growth, campaigns, and automations to achieve impressive ROI within the first 60-90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized onboarding sessions, guiding clients through various aspects such as list growth and campaign management.
- Serve as a point of escalation for any customer issues.
- Consistently achieve onboarding health targets and contribute to refining the customer journey.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance the onboarding process.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and market trends to support clients effectively.
- Assist clients in formulating multi-channel marketing strategies to optimize engagement and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Proven experience in email product onboarding.
- Strong ecommerce or martech background is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with enterprise customers.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
Compensation & Benefits:
