Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Success and Operations teams. This role will be pivotal in guiding leadership decisions and scaling our operations. You will collaborate with Operations Leaders and Customer Success Managers to translate complex data inquiries into actionable reports and dashboards.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage analytics for Customer Success and Operations, partnering with leaders to identify opportunities and measure success.
- Respond to data requests, prioritizing impactful analytics that drive business results.
- Create dashboards for self-service analytics and collaborate with Analytics Engineering on data modeling.
- Transform open-ended requests into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to address complex challenges.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools, preferably Omni.
- Familiarity with dbt for data modeling.
- Experience using LLM tools for SQL and reporting automation.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce data and modernizing reporting systems.
