Position Title: Senior Technical Advisor – RH/CECAP Services
Location: Dar es Salaam
Job Overview: The Senior Technical Advisor for Reproductive Health (RH) and Cervical Cancer Prevention (CECAP) will lead strategic initiatives and provide technical expertise for integrated RH and CECAP services in Tanzania. This role involves collaboration with government and partners to enhance service delivery, ensuring alignment with national health policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of integrated RH and CECAP activities.
- Represent EGPAF in national and regional health forums, fostering partnerships for coordinated services.
- Work with regional health teams to identify service delivery priorities and develop actionable plans.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to staff, health facilities, and sub-grantees.
- Oversee cervical cancer prevention and treatment initiatives, ensuring integration with HIV services.
- Monitor data accuracy and service quality, addressing gaps through evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field; a relevant bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in reproductive health, cervical cancer prevention, or related public health programming.
- Proven ability to lead multi-site programs and collaborate with government health systems.
- Experience in data analysis, quality improvement, and technical report writing.
