Position Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring our largest clients maximize their experience with our platform. By acting as a trusted partner, you will gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and provide strategic insights to foster their growth. This role is perfect for those who thrive on building relationships, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and enhancing the customer journey.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to drive product adoption and value realization.
• Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients achieve their goals and measurable ROI.
• Lead strategy sessions to share best practices and implement creative SMS marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance customer interactions and stay informed on e-commerce trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
• 1+ year of sales experience is a plus.
• Strong technical skills with an understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
