We are currently seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our Cairo team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for both new and existing clients, facilitating smooth onboarding and long-term relationships.
- Develop impactful Google Ads strategies tailored to client objectives, covering search, display, video, and app campaigns.
- Continuously enhance campaign performance and ROI using insights from GA4 and other analytic tools.
- Address challenges quickly, providing both technical support and strategic adjustments to keep campaigns on track.
- Communicate progress and insights to clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of Google Ads services while surpassing client expectations.
- Identify account growth opportunities by recommending new solutions aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery.
- Stay updated on Google Ads features, regional trends, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across various formats.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, especially in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and related analysis tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of building relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of the MENA digital advertising landscape.
