Senior Content Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to define and drive Ziina's product voice. This role is integral to the Product & Design team, as you will be involved from the initial ideation phase, rather than just refining copy at the end. As our inaugural content hire, you will establish the foundational voice, principles, and standards that will guide future content development.

Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Create and manage all in-product copy, including onboarding flows, error messages, confirmation screens, and support content.
• Collaborate with Product & Design teams using Figma to influence user flows and prototype content early in the design process.
• Define and refine Ziina’s voice and tone guidelines, including terminology frameworks that can be used across teams.
• Develop a consistent content system to ensure clarity across all platforms.
• Utilize A/B testing and user data to enhance content effectiveness.
• Contribute to brand and marketing initiatives while ensuring voice consistency.
• Establish AI-assisted content workflows to streamline high-quality content creation.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have:

• A minimum of 4 years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building content systems that extend beyond individual projects.
• Strong skills in UX writing across varied content types.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with data-driven content decision-making.
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in the UAE.
