ABOUT THE ROLE
The Billing Representative (BR) plays a vital role in our Collections team, focusing on ensuring timely payments from healthcare facilities. This position is crucial for maintaining the company's cash flow by following up with workplaces via phone and email to secure payment commitments and address any issues that may hinder collections. The BR will collaborate across various internal teams to streamline the payment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Communicate with accounts payable contacts to resolve payment issues.
• Establish relationships with workplaces and clarify billing policies.
• Investigate non-payment causes and propose solutions.
• Report on the status of collections and accounts receivable.
• Develop action plans for critical accounts.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be receptive to feedback. Experience with tools like Google Drive and Salesforce is advantageous. Ability to perform mathematical calculations and build customer relationships is essential. A specific degree is not required; we value skills and problem-solving abilities.
