Role Overview
We seek a strategically-minded Regional General Manager to expand Capi's commercial presence. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead the formation of effective country teams and mentor Commercial Team Leads into future leaders. Your role involves establishing systems for performance management, supporting regulatory initiatives, and fostering relationships with key institutions like BCEAO.
