Role Overview
As a Stock Controller in our Retail department, you will be pivotal in overseeing stock allocation, reconciliation, and returns. You will maintain accurate physical inventory and serve as the primary contact for product troubleshooting, warranty repairs, and effective communication between customers, sales, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock allocation and reconciliation, conducting audits to ensure inventory accuracy and promptly addressing discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory tracking and returns, maintaining depot standards that reflect our operational culture.
- Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate repairs while producing daily stock status reports for operational transparency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stock management or customer operations, ideally in retail or logistics.
- Strong Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field, along with keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
