Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to help Alpaca scale by tackling operational challenges identified by Corporate Operations. This role involves leading high-impact projects from identification to resolution, ensuring sustainable solutions are implemented.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of prioritized operational constraints and manage them from discovery to measurable outcomes.
- Work across various domains, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to mobilize resources and drive adoption of new processes.
- Utilize systems thinking to redesign workflows, enhance automation, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Establish performance baselines and transparently communicate capacity and resource needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to influence without authority and engage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated capability in navigating unfamiliar domains and diagnosing root causes.
