Position Title: State Inventory Officer

Reports To: State Coordinator

Employment Type: Outsourced

Work Mode: Onsite

Role Overview: The State Inventory Officer will oversee the inventory management of POS devices within the designated region. This position is essential for operational excellence, focusing on accurate tracking, secure storage, and efficient distribution of stock. Key responsibilities include validating serial numbers, monitoring inventory levels, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records of POS devices, including stock levels and serial numbers.
  • Monitor inventory to identify shortages and coordinate replenishments.
  • Conduct regular audits to compare physical stock with inventory records.
  • Verify serial numbers for received devices and address discrepancies.
  • Resolve any inventory discrepancies and implement measures for accuracy.
  • Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the State Coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management or related operations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
