Job Title: State Inventory Officer
Reports to: State Coordinator
Employment Type: Outsourced
Work Mode: Onsite

Role Overview: The State Inventory Officer is tasked with overseeing the inventory management of POS devices within the region. This role is essential for operational efficiency, focusing on tracking, secure storage, and distribution of devices. Key responsibilities include validating serial numbers, monitoring inventory levels, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise records of POS devices, monitoring stock levels and locations.
• Verify serial numbers for received devices and address any discrepancies.
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies to enhance accuracy.
• Work alongside procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory operations.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the State Coordinator.

Requirements:

• OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills.
