Role Summary: We are searching for a strategic partner to the CEO who excels in transforming uncertainty into actionable plans. This role involves overseeing essential cross-functional projects, developing scalable systems, and engaging with investors and partners.
Main Responsibilities (First 6 Months):
- Prepare monthly updates for investors and manage the investor CRM.
- Coordinate board meeting materials and follow up on action items.
- Lead preparations for international market expansion (UK, Portugal, Spain).
- Create systems and dashboards to enhance CEO visibility.
- Facilitate weekly leadership meetings with department heads.
Candidate Profile: Ideal applicants have 3-5 years of experience in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking, and have directly collaborated with founders or C-level executives. Proficiency in execution, financial modeling, and familiarity with SaaS tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable) is essential. Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and exceptional writing abilities in English and French are required.
