Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential business operations that ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact our growth trajectory as we enhance our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of your duties, you will:
- Oversee revenue operations, ensuring smooth financial processes from invoicing to cash reporting.
- Manage customer billing through Stripe, tracking payments and following up on any outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of revenue across all streams and ensure compliance with sales tax.
- Coordinate vendor and partner management, ensuring timely revenue tracking and payouts.
- Support marketing operations by managing logistics for events and maintaining social media presence.
- Engage in special projects, tackling high-value tasks that require independent problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree from a top university and at least one year of operations experience in a startup or consulting firm.
- Strong curiosity, communication, and organizational skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
