Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Reporting To: Associate Director of Program Financial Analysis and Grants Management
Role Overview: The Senior Grant Manager will oversee grants and sub-grants management for EGPAF Tanzania, ensuring adherence to the terms of awards and compliance with relevant regulations and principles. This role involves extensive technical support and training for program staff and sub-recipients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on grants management and compliance with donor regulations.
- Develop and maintain systems to track sub-recipient compliance.
- Lead post-award management processes and monitor sub-recipient performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and support sub-recipients in managing their agreements.
- Ensure timely processing of cash requests and budget monitoring.
- Generate regular reports on sub-agreements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct training on grant regulations and financial management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in grants management, particularly with large donor-funded awards.
- Knowledge of USG regulations and grant lifecycle management.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial monitoring, and donor reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health or public health programs is a plus.
