International Business Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an International Business Operations Manager to be instrumental in launching and scaling Numeral’s offerings in international markets. This role involves overseeing tax workflows for VAT, GST, and indirect tax, from research and registration to process automation. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to support global compliance and enhance systems that integrate human and AI workflows. This is a critical position that will influence our international expansion strategy and create repeatable processes for growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead international product launches, managing all aspects from research to stakeholder coordination.
• Design efficient tax workflows that utilize automation and AI tools.
• Implement new operational systems, document processes, and train teams.
• Enhance efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation solutions.
• Resolve complex operational issues and create preventive systems.
• Develop internal SOPs for consistent scaling.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years in operations at a fintech, SaaS, or compliance startup.
• 2+ years of remote work experience.
• Expertise in creating structured processes in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of automation tools and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Startup mindset with a focus on customer experience.

LOCATION: This remote position is open to candidates in the EMEA region.
