Position Summary: We are seeking a Trading Operations Associate to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional support to our enterprise clients, focusing on areas like order entry, execution, trade surveillance, and high-touch order handling. You will monitor client trading activities, collaborate with multiple teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and gather client feedback to enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer support through various channels, resolving issues related to account management and trading processes.
- Monitor client trading activity, alerting them to anomalies and staying updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with trading desks and compliance teams to address client concerns efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and identify potential risks associated with trading operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations or trading.
- Proficient in customer support and relationship management.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and the FIX protocol; options experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is advantageous.
