Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist with a strong background in construction permitting to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role involves being the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication and delivering exceptional service throughout the permit application process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, providing updates on permit statuses and requirements.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of permit applications, from documentation to submission.
- Generate detailed reports on permit progress to keep stakeholders informed.
