Production Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to optimize our manufacturing processes and lead a motivated production team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are produced efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards.

• Conduct safety training and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and government policies.
• Oversee raw material inventory and coordinate procurement efforts.
• Optimize resource use to reduce waste and lower production costs.
• Analyze production metrics to find areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports regarding production performance and efficiency.
• Assist in the adoption of new technologies and automation as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in production planning and inventory management.
