Our team operates from San Francisco or New York, working in-office four days a week.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Strategy Lead to guide Luminai’s strategic direction as we broaden our impact in healthcare operations. Collaborating with leadership and various teams, you will identify key domains, develop valuable use cases, and translate market insights into actionable strategies. This role merges strategy with product development, enabling you to transform AI capabilities into meaningful institutional changes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Research potential domains and workflows, evaluating their viability based on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Formulate strategic approaches for Luminai, prioritizing use cases and identifying competitive advantages.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to strengthen our unique platform vision.
- Shape market strategies for our offerings, ensuring alignment with customer segments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to guide the roadmap based on customer insights and operational realities.
- Build connections with domain experts for enhanced learning and strategy refinement.
- Support early product initiatives while engaging with the commercial team and potential partnership opportunities.
- Take ownership of complex problems, providing structured recommendations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product development, healthcare operations, or related fields.
- Experience within health systems, understanding their purchasing and operational dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects independently.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Preferred: background in AI, workflow automation, or healthcare tech.
