We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Sales Administration Analyst to join our MENA team in Cairo. This pivotal role involves managing sales operations by validating opportunities, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring seamless collaboration among Sales, Finance, and Operations across Egypt, Dubai, Morocco, Turkey, and KSA. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapts to new tools, and is meticulous about details. Availability to work on Fridays is required, with weekends on Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record all projects and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes across the Sales team.
- Review and validate opportunities daily for accuracy and payment status.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data and implement updates to procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage communications efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports for business decision-making and support additional tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years in operations or sales support.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Advanced Excel and Salesforce proficiency.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
