Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor – Supply Chain Management

Role Overview: The Senior Technical Advisor for Supply Chain Management will provide expert leadership and strategic guidance to enhance logistics and supply chain systems for HIV/TB commodities across EGPAF-supported areas. This role is essential for ensuring the continuous availability of critical health supplies and integrating supply chain considerations into project activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to secure HIV, TB, and related product supplies across all facilities.
- Oversee the implementation and assessment of Differentiated Service Delivery models, emphasizing Decentralized Drug Distribution.
- Enhance eLMIS and Pharmacy Module efficiency through timely reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with local health teams on inventory management and proactive redistribution to avert stock-outs.
- Resolve logistical challenges with partners and lead capacity-building efforts for staff at various levels.
- Represent EGPAF in national supply chain discussions and prepare detailed performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, particularly in HIV/TB settings.
- Familiarity with MSD, eLMIS, and national logistics systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
