Position Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager to spearhead our expansion across the EU. This role involves developing strategies, launching products, and collaborating with regulatory bodies and partners to establish Alpaca as a preferred brokerage platform in the region. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the EU's regulatory landscape, including MiFID II and ESMA, and will drive product initiatives in equities, ETFs, and tax-related features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EU-focused brokerage products, including tax-wrapper accounts.
• Develop product strategies based on market competition and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the product roadmap and ensure compliance with MiFID II and other regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product features.
• Lead customer interactions to gather insights for product enhancements.
• Ensure smooth integration between Alpaca's global platform and EU infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Familiarity with EU financial regulations and capital markets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
