Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Lead to shape the future of our product offerings, reporting directly to the Head of Product. This pivotal role demands exceptional execution in product development and commercial strategy. The Product Lead will manage our core permitting products, expand into new markets, and contribute to identifying and launching future products by early 2027.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM and Operations on product delivery and pricing strategies.
• Develop market entry frameworks and validate new product concepts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Ensure readiness for product launches, including sales narratives and support models.
• Establish product quality standards and assist in building a dedicated product team.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product experience or significant leadership in startup environments.
• Proven ability to drive products from inception to revenue.
• Experience in entering new markets and managing pricing strategies.
• Technical proficiency and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Strong ownership and strategic clarity in ambiguous situations.
