Product Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role involves defining product strategies, managing existing offerings, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. You will collaborate with regulators, partners, and internal teams to position Alpaca as the preferred brokerage platform in the Gulf region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brokerage products tailored for the Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, and derivatives.
• Analyze market needs and regulatory requirements to shape product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to execute product initiatives that meet local standards.
• Engage with local regulators to ensure compliance and alignment with market infrastructure.
• Gather customer insights to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Product Management or related fields, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the CMA regulatory framework and GCC capital markets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with brokerage products in the region is a plus.
