Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to deliver first-level assistance for our collaboration and messaging tools. This role involves responding to logged issues on Jira, providing technical support to Kuda staff, and addressing user requests for hardware and software issues. You will manage software installations, maintain system updates, and assist in deploying new applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for various platforms.
- Record user requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure optimal performance of IT equipment and escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage integrations and cloud service licenses.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct disaster recovery testing and enhance security measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Google Workspace, and basic networking.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
