Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the architecture for our AI systems, focusing on reasoning, planning, and safe tool utilization.
- Establish reliable retrieval and knowledge infrastructures, ensuring clinician-level trust in data retrieval.
- Manage data pipelines for consistent ingestion and normalization from various sources.
- Ensure production reliability for LLM endpoints, preemptively addressing potential failure modes.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to adapt complex clinical needs into functional agent workflows.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software and ML system development.
- Proven track record of deploying AI agents as a core product.
- Hands-on expertise with vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and LLM endpoints.
- Experience with real-world data and building resilient pipelines.
- A strong interest in health and wellness.
