Role Overview: We are looking for a foundational GTM professional to help our customers modernize their building processes. This position will partner closely with the Sales team, not as a seller but as a guide, ensuring customers understand how PermitFlow integrates with their operations. Your role will bridge the gap between customer needs and our platform's capabilities, focusing on practical and scalable solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs on complex sales cycles with an emphasis on technical validation.
• Design tailored workflow configurations that align with customer objectives.
• Document technical integrations for seamless adoption of our platform.
• Facilitate communication between operational needs and technical requirements.
• Deliver customized demos and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate integration capabilities.
• Work with Product and Implementation teams for smooth deployment.
• Create reusable solution assets to aid team scalability.

Requirements:

• Expertise in construction or permitting workflows.
• Strong skills in workflow design and identifying process bottlenecks.
• Experience with technical integration tools like ServiceTitan and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration.
• Driven by the mission to improve pre-construction processes.
