Your Role: Join the Alpaca Crypto team, reporting to the Global Director of Crypto Operations. This fully remote position involves daily monitoring of customer activities and operational tasks related to trading, account management, and cash functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and surveil customer activity daily.
• Manage trading operations, new accounts, and cash management.
• Assist in customer onboarding, including KYC and account approvals.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program.
• Drive impactful changes in workflows and policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in broker-dealer, financial services, or crypto operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or a strong desire to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
