Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our CTO in embedding AI into our workflow, enhancing both speed and quality at Lucis. This role is not solely research-focused but centers around enabling and streamlining processes through AI. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying high-impact workflows across teams.
- Creating repeatable playbooks and lightweight internal products.
- Implementing measurement systems for reliability.
- Establishing guardrails for safe and trustworthy outputs.
- Assisting the CTO with technical and product-related tasks.
Candidate Profile
You are passionate about advancing human health and thrive in dynamic environments. Key qualifications include:
- 1 to 3+ years in product or platform engineering, technical enablement, or applied AI with proven results.
- Experience as a power user of modern AI tools and the ability to troubleshoot their limitations.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping and iterative improvements.
- Strong teaching and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A pragmatic, impact-oriented mindset focused on trusted workflows.
