Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer discovery and lead technical demos to showcase Agave's capabilities.
- Oversee the onboarding process, guiding customers from initial sales to full implementation.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing their specific needs and training them on our platform.
- Manage multiple customer projects, creating detailed plans and timelines while troubleshooting any challenges.
- Enhance our onboarding processes by creating automation tools and educational materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS startup or consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Project management expertise with a detail-oriented approach.
- Desire to learn and adapt to the construction industry.
