About the Role
We are seeking a backend-focused full-stack engineer to enhance our Creative Agents at ElevenLabs. Your role will involve building systems that transform creative concepts into high-quality audio, images, and videos, minimizing the need for users to master complex prompts. You will work within a small team, taking ownership of backend systems and customer-facing experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand production capabilities of creative agents.
- Design reliable backend systems for creative generation.
- Create evaluations and monitor quality across outputs.
- Oversee features from concept to production alongside cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
We seek candidates with strong backend engineering skills, experience in production systems, and a track record of ownership in projects. Familiarity with asynchronous processing, APIs, and cloud infrastructure is essential. Experience with creative tools and multimodal generation is a plus.
