Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Ziina is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to enhance our Platform team by developing internal tools that drive our operations. You will be responsible for improving existing tools and transitioning our back-office platform internally. This entails comprehending intricate operational workflows, integrating third-party solutions, and creating user-friendly processes for efficient team functionality. We are looking for a creative individual who can interpret vague requirements into dependable software and manage features from inception to production.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams, including operations and engineering, to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for enhanced tooling and automation.
• Enhance the current third-party back-office solution by creating necessary integrations and support services.
• Help design and build Ziina's in-house back-office platform, overseeing features from concept to implementation and iteration.
• Transform complex operational tasks into user-friendly experiences with proper permissions and safeguards.
• Establish consistent patterns for internal interfaces and service integrations, ensuring critical workflows are robust and monitored.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in web applications, APIs, and relational databases.
• A passion for understanding operational workflows and providing solutions for internal users.
• Adept at clarifying ambiguous requirements and independently advancing tasks.
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with aspects of security and reliability.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to the UAE.
