Role Overview
We are looking for a senior engineering leader to oversee the development of MonieCRM, our in-house operations platform supporting a vast sales network. This role focuses on enhancing our financial platform's reliability and modernization, covering aspects such as onboarding, performance tracking, and commission management, which are essential for our revenue-generating operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams to modernize and re-architect legacy systems for scalability.
- Ensure accurate commission calculations and financial transactions.
- Manage a robust platform that supports our sales and marketing initiatives.
- Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on quality and reliability.
Requirements
Applicants should have 10-15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot is essential, along with experience in building large-scale distributed systems. A background in fintech or payments is preferred, and familiarity with customer engagement tools like Braze is a plus.
