Position Overview
We are seeking engineers who can take full ownership of their projects, focusing on building robust systems rather than mere features. Your role will involve crafting specifications for AI execution, critically reviewing AI-generated code, and making impactful decisions that contribute to long-term success. Depending on your strengths, you will work on mobile, infrastructure, platform, AI, or full-stack development.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle full-stack development from data modeling to UI, ensuring production readiness.
- Translate clinical science into reproducible code in collaboration with medical advisors.
- Design scalable, compliant infrastructure on AWS while adhering to HDS and GDPR standards.
- Enhance engineering culture through mentorship, code reviews, and Agile practices.
Requirements
- Passion for advancing human health.
- Experience in launching products from conception to execution.
- Proficiency in at least two technical areas with a full-stack capability.
- Ability to write clear specifications before coding.
- Interest in health tracking or frustration with reactive healthcare.
