Role Overview
As a Scrum Master at Kuda, you will be essential in enhancing delivery speed, operational efficiency, and agile practices within our engineering team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of 15 to 20 members, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to promote agile methodologies, minimize delivery obstacles, and cultivate a high-trust environment that yields top-quality financial software.

Main Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching: Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on agile best practices, ensuring a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Operational & Delivery Excellence: Identify and eliminate delivery blockers while partnering with engineering leads to optimize workflows.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leadership to align sprint goals with product roadmaps.
• Compliance & Quality Governance: Support teams in upholding technical standards and compliance without hindering delivery speed.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in high-growth FinTech environments. Strong proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and software delivery metrics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
