Currently, we are on the lookout for a Jira Administrator to oversee our Atlassian Jira Cloud, focusing on administration, configuration, automation, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Atlassian Jira Cloud at Canonical.
- Design, document, and implement processes and automation in Jira.
- Create integrations between Jira and the data warehouse.
- Develop analytical dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Produce learning resources for scalable use.
- Collaborate with global engineering, operations, and support teams.
- Handle critical escalations promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background.
- Experience as an Atlassian Jira administrator.
- Familiarity with Jira usage across technical and non-technical teams.
- Software development experience in Python.
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for company events.
