Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our New York City team on a hybrid schedule. This role will focus on transforming intricate permitting processes into efficient AI-driven software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Convert manual permitting workflows into user-friendly, AI-enhanced software.
• Design and develop backend and frontend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to deliver impactful features.
• Engage with users to refine product direction and quickly implement impactful features.
• Own the entire feature lifecycle from architecture to production deployment.
• Promote engineering best practices and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fullstack development, preferably in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with frontend, backend, and data layer management.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or a willingness to learn.
• History of deploying production systems while balancing speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Passion for AI solutions that address real-world construction issues and a customer-centric approach.
