Position Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Engineer for Turkey/EMEA to serve as a product and technical authority for our enterprise partners in the region. This role involves facilitating technical discussions with customers, particularly in Turkish, while also collaborating with our global team in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and relationship management for enterprise clients in Turkey/EMEA.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales discussions and API consultations.
- Guide new customers through API integration and onboarding processes.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear specifications for the engineering team.
- Engage with local compliance teams to understand product requirements.
- Lead technical engagement from discovery calls to solution validation and documentation.
- Coordinate with local regulators and partners in Turkish.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role supporting enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and software integration.
- Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills.
