Role Overview: We are seeking an Android Team Lead to drive core product development and enhance team collaboration. This role requires hands-on engagement with coding, feature ownership, and problem-solving within the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end feature development, collaborating closely with the design team.
- Manage and enhance reliability metrics for significant features.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the team.
- Facilitate team discussions on workflow improvements.
- Ensure code quality and consistency across shared components.
- Lead critical issue resolution and support the QA process.
- Mentor junior team members, ensuring they gain valuable learning experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience.
- Proficient in Kotlin and relevant Android technologies.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and background services.
- Capability to drive change within the team.
- Excellent communication and product design skills.
