Team Lead Engineer - Crypto

Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Engineer to take a pivotal role in developing our Crypto platform, specifically focusing on our spot and derivatives exchanges. This position involves architecting and developing a high-performance trading system that supports significant asset trading. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to define goals and create innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable crypto exchange systems.
• Develop backend services and web applications.
• Maintain software quality and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot incidents and manage reported bugs.

Requirements:

• Experience in building regulated, high-performance financial systems.
• Minimum 4 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., GoLang, Python, Java).
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with familiarity in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
